A major credit card in the name of the primary driver must be produced at the time of rental. This location accepts American Express, Budget Charge Cards, Mastercard / Eurocard / Access, Visa. Additional Charge Card Hold: A minimum credit card hold in the amount of 500.00 USD. A minimum credit card hold in the amount of 750.00 USD on luxury cars.
Debit cards are not accepted.
Each driver must show their passport along with a valid photographic proof of identity at the start of the rental.
All drivers must present a full and current driving license which has been held for at least 1 year.
In accordance with the Traffic laws of Kuwait you must have an International driving licence to rent a vehicle in Kuwait and Third Party Liability Insurance is mandatory.
Customer who entres Kuwait on a tourist or Visit visa are required to purchase ( DLIP ) Driving License Insurance Policy. Driving License Insurance is mandatory by the traffic law in the state of Kuwait for all the visitors driving a vehicle with the International Driving Licens in the state of Kuwait. The cost to issue the Driver's License Insurance Policy (DLIP) is:
1- One (1) Month Insurance: USD $ 43 per renter.
2- Two (2) Months Insurance: USD $ 55 per renter.
3- Three (3) Months Insurance: USD $ 60 per renter.
