Where is Budget at the Knoxville Airport?

Fastbreak Service
Peak Times - (Sun 1400-2200, Mon 0700-2200, Tue-Fri 0700-2100 unless otherwise indicated at rental counter area) Proceed to baggage claim area on lower level. Bypass rental counters and proceed to parking garage through doors immediately on either side of rental counters. Our representative will provide your preprinted rental agreement and keys at our garage booth.
Non-Peak Times - (All operating hours not listed above) Proceed to baggage claim area on lower level. Rental counters are immediately across from baggage claim area. Identify yourself as a Fastbreak member to receive your preprinted rental agreement and keys at the rental counter.
General Directions
COUNTER: Airline passengers proceed to the baggage claim area on lower level. Rental counters are immediately across from baggage claim area.
CARS: Proceed into parking garage through doors immediately on either side of rental counters.
RETURNS: Follow signage to rental car return area in garage. Pull all the way through the Budget numbered parking area to dedicated return lanes.
AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Note mileage, fuel level, and time on rental document. Please provide an email address if a receipt is desired upon completion. Then lock vehicle, and proceed into airport terminal area. A drop box for keys and rental documents is on the rental counter.

TYS Rental Car Return

Return your McGhee Tyson Airport car rental to the same location as Budget car rental pickup: 2055 Alcoa Highway, Alcoa, TN 37701. Follow the signs for Rental Car Return to park the vehicle. Don’t forget to remove all personal items before heading over to the counter to check out. Enjoy your flight!
