If flying in, the rental counter is within the terminal with a short walk to the car lot.
If Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) not taken, customer may be asked to leave damage responsibility as a deposit. Damage responsibility for all cars is the full value of the car. Non-waiverable responsibility between 17,600 SZL to 68,800 SZL depending on vehicle rented.

A major credit card in the name of the primary driver must be produced at the time of rental. This location accepts American Express, Budget Charge Cards, Diners Club, Mastercard, Visa.
The credit card presented must be in the name of the renter. The words "credit/cheque" card must be reflected at the back or front of the card.
All South African local and regional country renters, renting groups F,G,H,I,J,K,L,N and O must present two credit cards at time of rental.
Debit cards are not accepted.
Driver's license must be valid for a minimum of one year, renters and additional drivers must be in possession of a valid unendorsed driver's license in country of residence and an accepted method of payment.
To avoid possible complications when collecting a vehicle, we advise foreign travelers to produce the following at the time of rental:
License in English with a photo or ID/passport number on it
In the event that a photo is not present, an ID document or passport with a photo is required for identification of the renter.
If the license is in another language, an international driver's license should accompany the foreign driver's license. A translated version of the license stamped by the embassy can be accepted when accompanied by the license.
No driving permits or certified copies of the original driver's license will be accepted.
Customer may request conditions at the rental counter at the time of check out.
Public liability insurance is with in accordance of the insurance laws of the country.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
Limited coverage of passenger liability loss by fire also covered. The value of the cover is limited per vehicle per incident. Customers are responsible for the fires SZL 15000.00 in the event of third party damage.
No cover for loss or damage through civil unrest. Any breach of terms and conditions stated on rental agreement renders cover null and void.
Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary driver. Additional Driver fees may apply for all additional drivers. Check at the time of rental for complete details.
At this location, the minimum age is 25 for all car groups.
