Customer is liable for full value and all repairs of the Budget vehicle if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not taken. Purchase of CDW reduces liability to an amount between 1000.00 USD and 2000.00 USD depending on car group rented in the event of an accident, damage or stolen to the Budget vehicle.
If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Budget rental desk when you collect your car.

A major charge card in the name of the renter must be presented at time of rental. Budget in this country accepts Budget Charge Cards, American Express, Visa.
Debit cards are not accepted.
A valid driving license from the renter's country of residence must be presented in person at the time of rental. This license must represent legally authorized, uninterrupted driving privileges in the country of residence for at least one year immediately prior to the rental pick-up date. All foreign renters and additional drivers must also present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).
All licenses must also be accompanied by a valid passport
Two extra passport-size photographs must be surrendured to the counter when the passport is presented
All forms of documentation must be issued to the same person, in the same name, and presented together at the time of rental.
