Where Is Budget at the Portland, OR, Airport?

Fastbreak Service
Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Exit outside and cross the street to the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. The Budget rental counter is located on the first level of the parking garage. Proceed to the Budget counter Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will give the customer the keys & directions to their car.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.

Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Exit outside and cross the street to the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. The Budget rental counter is located on the first level of the parking garage.
WALK-UP RENTERS
Follow airport signs stating "Arrivals" and "Rental Car Return." The "Rental Car Return" signs will lead you directly to the rental counter. The Consolidated Rental Car Facility is located on the 1st floor of the Parking Garage.
VEHICLES: On-site. Located outside the Consolidated Rental Car Facility.
RETURNS: Same as pick-up.
DRIVERS CIRCLE
Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Exit outside and cross the street to the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. The Budget rental counter is located on the first level of the parking garage. The manager or key person will have your contract ready and personally escort you to your vehicle.
Valet Return: If offered, you will be told about our service as you are escorted to your vehicle.
After-hours Returns
The rental counter is open 5 AM to 1 AM, but the return area is only staffed from 4 AM to 11 PM. When the return area is unattended, please pull forward to park the car, note the date and time on the rental agreement and leave it with the keys in the cupholder. If no receipt is required, proceed to the elevators or stairs for return to the terminal. If a receipt is required, please visit Budget.com and use the e-receipt option. Remember to take all your personal belongings with you.
