Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is Optional 
Customer is liable for full value of the Budget vehicle if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not taken.  Purchase of CDW reduces liability to an amount between 600.00 USD and 2000.00 USD, depending a car group rented in the event of an accident.

Theft Protection (TP) is Optional 
Customer is liable for the full value of the Budget vehicle if Theft Protection (TP) is not taken.  Purchase of TP reduces liability to an amount between 600.00 USD and 2000.00 USD, depending a car group rented for theft of parts or all of the Budget vehicle.

Note:  If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess.  Just ask at the Budget rental desk when you collect your car.

Budget Ukraine accepts the American Express, Budget Charge Card, Budget International, Diners Club, Mastercard / Access / EuroCard, Visa.
A Charge Card Hold will be held on the charge card in the amount of the Non-waiverable Responsibility (NWR).
Two major credit cards are required for car groups H M and P.

 

Security Deposit / Pre-authorization amount:

We will take a deposit to cover any costs in case of damage or theft.

For car groups A, B , D, E, F, J, K, L EUR 1000.00
For car groups G, N, O EUR 1500.00
For car group H, M ,P EUR 2000.00

Debit cards are not accepted.

A valid driving license from the renter's country of residence must be presented in person at the time of rental. This license must have been held for at least two years prior to the rental pick-up date. If your licence was issued outside the European Community you must provide an International Driving Licence. US Driver License are accepted with International Driving License only. Car group P requires a C category Driving License.

Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary driver.Additional drivers must be present at the time of rental and must present a valid drivers license held at least one year.  There is additional charge of 6.00 EUR per day, maximum 36.00 EUR per rental for each an additional driver.

At this location the Minimum Age is 21 years for car groups A, B, D, F,J, K, L 
Car Groups E, G, N, O  is 25 years, 
Car Groups H, M, P is 28 years. 
Maximum Age: None.  
Under Age Fee (drivers between the ages of 21-25): 20.00 EUR per day, maximum 100.00 EUR per rental

Estimated total includes base rate, taxes, and surcharges. Items such as coupon discounts, child safety seats and gas are NOT included in the estimated total. Optional coverages and one-way fees are subject to tax in certain locations. This tax is not reflected in the Estimated Total.
