Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is Optional
Customer is liable for full value of the Budget vehicle if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not taken. Purchase of CDW reduces liability to an amount between 1116.00 EUR and 2480.00 EUR depending on car group rented in the event of an accident, fire, or vandalism to the Budget vehicle.
Theft Protection (TP) is Optional
Customer is liable for the full value of the Budget vehicle if Theft Protection (TP) is not taken. Purchase of TP reduces liability to an amount between 1116.00 EUR and 2480.00 EUR depending on car group rented for theft of parts or all of the Budget vehicle.
Note: If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Budget rental desk when you collect your car.

Budget Greece accepts the American Express, Budget Charge Card, Budget International, Diners Club, Mastercard / Access / EuroCard, Visa.
Budget will take a deposit for the estimated amount of the rental plus up to 500 EUR will be authorized against the renter's credit/debit card at the time of rental. In case the Super Cover is purchased or included, the authorization will be the estimated amount of the rental plus up to 150 EUR. This amount will no longer be available for your immediate use and may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank, to become available. We will not be responsible for any returned check(s) or insufficient fund charges or bank fees related to this process.
Debit cards are not accepted.
A valid driving license from the renters country of residence must be presented in person at the time of rental.
This license must have been held for at least one year prior to the rental pick-up date.
Additionally, all driving licenses issued by a country outside the European Union** must be accompanied by a valid International Driving Permit (IDP). **Exception: a drivers license from Greece is acceptable without accompaniment by an IDP.
All forms of documentation must be issued to the same person, in the same name, and presented together at the time of rental.

Public liability insurance is with in accordance of the insurance laws of the country.

acceptance at the time of rental.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit
of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer
before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.

After Hours Information:
If the renter wants to pick-up a car during out of office hours, he must request this at the time of reservation. The charge for out of hours service is EUR 28.52 excluding VAT.
Prestige Fleet
If the renter wants to pick-up a car during out of office hours, he must request this at the time of reservation. The charge for out of hours service is EUR 30.00 excluding VAT.
At this location the minimum age is 21 for car groups A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, M, N, O. All other car groups minimum age is 25. Maximum age is none. A Young Driver fee will apply to drivers under the age of 25. The Young Driver fee is 11.70 EUR per day per driver, with a maximum charge of 117.00 EUR per rental agreement.
Estimated total includes base rate, taxes, and surcharges. Items such as coupon discounts, child safety seats and gas are NOT included in the estimated total. Optional coverages and one-way fees are subject to tax in certain locations. This tax is not reflected in the Estimated Total.

Meet Late Arrivals: In case the renter is late, Budget guarantees car availability for maximum 3 hours after the pick- up time entered in the booking. After this time, the reserved vehicle may be released to another customer. Budget recommends the renter to enter the flight number when booking the car. If the renter is delayed, Budget will meet all scheduled flights but if the rental start during out of office hours then the Out of Hours Service fee will apply.
Special Equipment: All prices are quoted in EUR. Booster Seat 4.68 per day; Child Seat 4.68 per day; GPS 9.36 per day. No one-way rentals allowed, must be returned back to renting location.
Cross border traffic is not allowed. Cars may not be taken on any ferry or ship
