Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is Optional
Customer is liable for full value of the Budget vehicle if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not taken. Purchase of CDW reduces liability to an amount between 1000.00 to 2000.00 EUR in the event of an accident to the Budget vehicle.
Theft Protection (TP) is Optional
Customer is liable for full value of the Budget vehicle if Theft Protection (TP) is not taken. Purchase of TP reduces liability to an amount between 1000.00 to 2000.00 EUR for theft of parts or all of the Budget vehicle.
If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Budget rental desk when you collect your car.

At the beginning of the rental a pre-authorization/security deposit will be taken from your credit card and the amount will be set based on the following:
Debit cards are not accepted.
Each driver must show photographic proof of identity and their passport at the start of the rental.
All drivers must present a full and current driving licence which has been held for at least 1 year. The licence must be valid for use in the renting country.
If your licence was issued outside the European Community you must provide an International Driving Licence.
International drivers licence is required for licences in non-latin alphabet and for countries that have not joined the convention on road traffic at Vienna on 8th of November 1968.
International drivers licence is required with following driving licenses: United States of America, Canada, Japan, Australia.
According to Estonian law Chinese, Taiwan and Hong Kong driver’s licences are not valid in Estonia (even in case of International Drivers Licence).
Public/Third party liability is included in the rental price.
Maximum coverage in case of damage to property is EUR 250,000.00
Maximum coverage in case of personal injury is EUR 2.5 million
Maximum coverage in case of death is EUR 2.5 million
Public liability insurance is with in accordance of the insurance laws of the country.
Customer may inquire for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance at the time of rental.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
Public/Third Party Liability covers drivers in case of damage, including damage to passengers and their property, when using a Budget vehicle.
Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary driver. Additional Driver fees may apply for all additional drivers. Check at the time of rental for complete details.
Minimum Age = 21 years for all groups except - 19 years for car groups A, B and 25 years for car groups J, L, N, O, P
Maximum Age = none
Young Driver Surcharge = for drivers under 25 EUR 10.00 per day maximum 10 day charge.
Estimated total includes base rate, taxes, and surcharges. Items such as coupon discounts, child safety seats and gas are NOT included in the estimated total. Optional coverages and one-way fees are subject to tax in certain locations. This tax is not reflected in the Estimated Total.

60 Euro No show fee will be applied in case of not arriving to the vehicle delivery (applicable when delivery or collection service is requested)
25 Euro For leaving the car in Tallinn Airport general car park. (when returning the car please follow the signs and instructions and leave the car to dedicated rent-a-car parking lot)
35 Euro Traffic and parking fine handling fee. While driving in Estonia drivers must follow all local traffic and parking rules. In case of traffic violation Ideal OU will receive a request from the Police and will provide all the information about the driver.
35 Euro Vehicle damage handling fee. Damage handling fee is to be applied per each case of road accident.
200 Euro Dry cleaning fee will be applied in case of smoking or severely dirty vehicle interior. It is strongly prohibited to smoke in Ideal OU's vehicles.
416 Euro For missing car keys or registration documents.
