Rent a Car at Caracas Altamira

LDW and PAI/PAE are Mandatory.  Purchase of LDW reduces customers financial responsibility for damages or theft of the vehicle.  The customers financial responsibility is 930.00 USD to 2,325.00 USD depending on car group and location vehicle is rented.   PAE/PAC is mandatory, cost per day for all car groups ranges from 3.00 USD to 5.00 USD per day depending on car group and location vehicle is rented.  All prices do not include tax.

If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Budget rental desk when you collect your car.

Accepts Budget Charge Cards, American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard, Visa.
Additional charge card hold / Security Deposit: Estimated cost of the rental plus 500.00 USD.

Debit cards are not accepted.

 

International driving license is required only for countries with non-Roman alphabet.

A valid driving license from the renter's country of residence must be presented in person at the time of rental.  All national licenses must also be accompanied by a government-issued legal document:

• Foreign renters must present a valid passport or visa.
• Local/Resident renters must present a Venezuela Citizen Identity Card

Additional Driver must be at least 25 years old and be present at the time of rental.  Accepted additional drivers are wife, children, parents.  Additonal Driver Fee: USD 15.00 per day for each additional driver.

Cars are not allowed outside of Venezuela. The customer has a mobility radius with the rented vehicle within 350 kilometers. The additional kilometer has a recharge of 3% of the rate applied.

One Way Rentals Not allowed, vehicle must return to rental location.
