A major credit card in the name of the primary driver must be produced at the time of rental. Budget Turkey accepts the American Express, Budget Charge Card, Budget International, Mastercard, Visa.

Each driver must show photographic proof of identity or their passport at the start of the rental. All drivers must present a full and valid driving licence which has been held for at least 1 year. The licence must be valid for use in the renting country.
International customers must show their passport at the begining of their rental. Otherwise due to Turkish regulation and police restrictions car wouldnt be provided. If your licence is in non-roman alphabet you must provide an International Driving Licence.
Personal Accident Insurance will be offered to drivers at the rental location when collecting the vehicle, in case the driver is not covered by a travel insurance policy

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
Personal Accident Insurance will be offered to drivers at the rental location. PAI costs TUL 66.00 per day, cost per month TUL 990.00
The maximum coverage in case of disability (per person) is TUL 25,000.00
The maximum coverage in case of death (per person) is TUL 25,000.00
Public liability insurance is with in accordance of the insurance laws of the country.
Customer may inquire for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance at the time of rental.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
SLI (Supplementary Liability Insurance)
This insurance offers you additional liability cover against a 3rd party (In cases of where the circumstances like alcohol or driving without a valid license or if you don't have a police report, this insurance does not have the validity). SLI is not included in the rental price. The product is avaialble at counters in selected stations.
This product increases the traffic insurance coverage of up to TUL 120,000 for the damages caused to third parties to 1,000,000.00 TUL.
All additional drivers including spouse - Fee: TUL 51.01 per day, maximum TUL 765.08 per rental.
The minimum age must be 19 for A, B, H, F, M car groups, and 23 for G, O, D car groups, and 25 for C, J, N, I and 27 for L, K, E, P car groups.
Any renter between 19 & 21 years old is subjected to young driver fee and can only rent A, B, H, F, M, car groups.
Any renter between 21 & 23 years old is subjected to young driver fee and can only rent G, O, D car groups.
Any renter between 23 & 25 years old is subjected to young driver fee and can only rent C, J, I, N car groups.
If the renter who is between 25 & 27 years old is also subjected to young driver fee and can rent L, E, K, P car groups.
Young Driver Fee - TUL 396.00 per day.
Estimated total includes base rate, taxes, and surcharges. Items such as coupon discounts, child safety seats and gas are NOT included in the estimated total. Optional coverages and one-way fees are subject to tax in certain locations. This tax is not reflected in the Estimated Total.
