How is the daily administrative fee charged and calculated?
You will be charged a US $2.50-a-day usage fee for each contracted rental day, up to US $10.00 per rental week, once you access Budget e-Toll. The US $2.50-per-day administrative fee is consistent throughout the entire rental, regardless of how many tolls are incurred. For example, if you rent for three days and use Budget e-Toll once, you will be charged for the actual toll amount plus US $2.50 x three days. If you access Budget e-Toll each of the three days, and use Budget e-Toll each of the three days, you still will be charged US $2.50 x three days. If you never access a Budget e-Toll lane and never activate the Budget e-Toll transponder on your windshield during your rental, there will be no fee.
