At most airport locations proof of a return flight that coincides with the rental must be shown. If you opt to “pay now online,” your credit card is required to secure your reservation and you'll be charged now for your full rental amount. When cancelling up to 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time, a fee of up to $50.00 will be charged.  If you need to cancel within the 24 hour period prior to the scheduled pick-up time, a fee of $150.00 will be charged.  For any missed prepaid reservation, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded.

 At the time of rental you will be required to present either the credit card or debit card used to make the “Pay Now” reservation. There are certain restrictions on the use of the debit card for qualification to rent. Most U.S. locations will accept bank debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo if you are at least 25 years of age.

Debit cards are also not accepted when renting specialty vehicles. In most cases U.S. locations will perform a credit check for debit card renters to determine credit worthiness at the time of rental. If we are unable to complete the credit check or the credit check fails you should be prepared to present a major credit card in your own name.
