Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces your liability if the vehicle is damaged. If the vehicle is damaged you will pay the cost of repair up to the excess amount. Theft Protection is included in CDW. This reduces your liability if the vehicle is stolen subject to an excess between USD 859.00 to USD 1145.00 depending on car group rented. If your rate includes CDW this cost is already included in your rental price.
Customer will be asked to leave a damage responsibility as a deposit if CDW is declined. Purchase of CDW will relieve customer of responsibility on all groups.Traffic Violations: A traffic violation administration fee of 10% OR USD 14.31 (which ever is higher) as administration fee per offence + fine cost.
A major credit card in the name of the primary driver must be produced at the time of rental. This location accepts Budget Charge Cards, American Express, Mastercard, Visa. 2 major credit cards required for car groups K, O, M and N.

We advise all drivers on a visit visa to have their International driving license with them. National license alone is accepted for the following countries: Britain, USA, France, Japan, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Greece, Austria, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Turkey, Canada, Poland, South Korea, Finland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, China, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Romania. International license alone is not accepted. Visitors from Republic of Korea, Japan, Turkey and Greece are requested to have a translation of their license approved by the Council or Embassy. However, we do recommend that an international license be obtained.
Expatriates living in the UAE on a residence visa require a UAE driver's license. The UAE license must be held for a minimum of one year. If the UAE license is held for less than one year, a national license from the country of issue must be presented with the UAE license.
AGCC National licenses are acceptable if they driver holds AGCC passports. AGCC countries are as follows: Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and UAE. Expatriates holding AGCC licenses are accepted provided they hold a residence visa for the country that has issued the license. AGCC license holders do not require an International license.
Renter must have held a valid driving license for at least 1 year.
