Non-waiverable Damage responsibility when Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection are taken: between 1000.00 EUR to 2000.00 EUR depending or vehicle rented. Damage responsibility when CDW is not taken for all car groups is the full value of the car.
A credit card in the name of the main driver must be produced at the time of rental. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted.

Debit cards are not accepted.
Valid driver's license from country of residence is required. International driving license is required only for countries with non-Roman alphabet. International driving permit is a translation only.
Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary driver. Additional Driver fees may apply for all additional drivers. Check at the time of rental for complete details.
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. If you smoke in one of our vehicles you will be charged for additional cleaning costs up to EUR 100.00.
The renter will be charged a Traffic or parking fine administration fee of EUR 35.00 (incl. VAT). All local road and parking rules must be followed by the renter. In case of a traffic violation, Budget Lithuania will provide all the information about the driver for the Police.
For all rentals between 18:00-23:00 an Late hours service fee of EUR 30.25 (incl. VAT) is applied.
For all rentals between 23:01-08:00 an Late hours service fee of EUR 48.40 (incl. VAT) is applied.
Flight number and contact telephone number is mandatory for all "Out of office hours" reservations.
You must be 19 years of age to rent A-B car groups; You must be 25 years of age to rent J,L,O,N,P car groups; Young driver surcharge: Drivers age 19 - 25 or if the driver's license has been held less than 1 year are required to pay EUR 10.00 per day up to a maximum charges of EUR 100.00.

Estimated total includes base rate, taxes, and surcharges. Items such as coupon discounts, child safety seats and gas are NOT included in the estimated total. Optional coverages and one-way fees are subject to tax in certain locations. This tax is not reflected in the Estimated Total.

You can take the vehicle out of the country of rental at no additional cost into 3 Baltic countries: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Cross border insurance will be required but this is at no additional cost.
You may not take your rental vehicle into Russia (including Belarus and excluding Kaliningrad*), Ukraine. For more details please call rental station +370 5 230 68 20 2 days working days before rental. *Vehicles might be taken with a cross border into Kaliningrad only on request, additional charges will be applied.
