Cash rentals are not accepted. Renter must present a Budget honored charge card as a guarantee.
Collision Damage Waiver (LDW) and Theft Protection are Optional. If LDW is declined customer responsible for full value of vehicle. Loss Damage Waiver (LDW): Customer pays full value of car if LDW is declined. Theft Protection is included in LDW. If LDW is purchased damage responsibility ranges from 300.00 USD to 2000.00 USD depending on car group rented. Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is MANDATORY for all car groups. Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles.The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival. Renter must bring proof of coverage. In case of an accident, the customer must provide the office with a police report or LDW is void. Windshield and Tire damage is available at a cost of USD 2.95 per day for all car groups. This protects tires and front windshield of vehicle from incidents not covered by LDW. Purchase of LDW does not cover vandalism.

Budget in this country accepts Budget Charge Cards, American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Mastercard, Visa. The minimum credit card hold is the total extimated cost of the rental plus the following depending on car group rented (see waivers for additional information): minimum cost is 500.00 USD and will not exceed 5,000.00 USD.
Debit cards are not accepted.
A valid drivers license from country of residence is required for all renters and drivers. An International Driving Permit is required for drivers with a non-Roman alphabet.

Cars can be returned to other Budget locations within the same cities. One-way rentals are subject to availability and one-way fees may apply. Vehicles are not available for one way rentals outside this country. Cars are not allowed outside of the country.
