Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is optional unless customer is using a Visa.  Purchase relieves the customers financial responsibility for the vehicle, depending on car group rented.  The minimum amount is 22.00 USD per day, not to exceed 26.00 USD per day.  If declined, customer liability is for the full value of the vehicle.  Other coverage is available, check with reservations or counter for additional details.

(Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles.The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental.  Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.)

Budget in this country accepts Budget Charge Cards, Discover Card, Mastercard, Visa.

Note: For all renters using a Visa, LDW and a deductible waiver is MANDATORY.

Debit cards are not accepted.

Valid driver's license from country of residence is required.  Rental must begin within 90 days of renter's arrival to the country.  International driving license is required only for countries with non-Roman alphabet.  International driving license is a translation only.

The additional driver must meet the same restrictions as the primary driver. The additional driver charge is US2/day for each additional driver.

Cars can be returned to other Budget locations within the same cities.  One-way rentals are subject to availability and one-way fees may apply.  Vehicles are not available for one way rentals outside this country. Cars are not allowed outside of the country.
