If flying in, the rental counter is within the terminal with a short walk to the car lot.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
Local Renters-Going NORTH on Freeway 101, take the 217 Freeway towards UCSB. Take the Sandspit exit and turn right. Going SOUTH on the 101 Freeway, exit at Fairview. Location is on Fowler Rd.
CARS: Walk through hallway, out to the parking lot for car rental parking stalls.
RETURNS: Drive past rental building around to the car rental parking lot in the back. NOTE: The parking lot in the front is for employee parking only.
AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Allowed. Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & keys in the drop box located on the Budget counter inside the terminal. Access to the return lot and counter is available 24 hours.
