terms and conditions:
- Deals of $50 off valid on an SUV (Groups W, Z, & L), deals of $20 off valid on compact (Group B) and above. Dollars off applies to the time and mileage charges on standard discretionary Budget leisure weekly rates with a minimum of five days and a Saturday night stayover.
- Deals of up to $20 off valid on compact (Group B) and above and applies to time and mileage charges on standard discretionary Budget leisure weekend rates, which include a Saturday night stayover. Weekend rental period begins Thursday noon and car must be returned by Monday 11:59 p.m.
- Unlimited mileage is included on all Ski Saver Package rentals.
- Ski racks do not fit on sub-compact cars.
- Dollars-off deals are available at participating Budget Ski locations in CA, CO, CT, ID, MA, ME, MT, NM, NV, NY, OR, PA, RI, UT, VT, WA, WY and participating Budget Ski locations in Canada, on rentals check out by April 30, 2008.
- Renter must meet Budget age, driver and credit requirements. Minimum age may vary by location. An additional daily surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years old at these locations.
- An advance reservation is required.
- Cars are subject to availability.
- Car return restrictions apply.
- Deals may not be available during holiday or other blackout periods, or on all rates or all car groups at all times.
- Deals may not be used with any other BCD number, promotion or deal.
- Taxes, surcharges, car licensing fee, customer facility charges ($10/contract in CA), concession recovery fees, may apply and are extra.
- Optional items such as LDW ($28.99/day or less, except in Louisiana $49.99/day) additional driver fees and refueling fee are extra.
- See total on your reservation for list of applicable charges.
- A Frequent Flyer Tax Recovery surcharge may be imposed on certain rentals earning miles or points.
